CaseCrack

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026

Google sign-in gives CaseCrack your name, email address and profile photo. We save your practice answers, transcripts, progress and in-progress attempts to support practice and continuation.

Voice is optional. Your browser's speech service transcribes your recording. In Chrome, Google's service may process audio on Google's servers. CaseCrack itself does not upload or store the audio recording; only the transcript text is saved with your attempt.

We use this data to sign you in, save progress and personalize practice. The app contains no advertising. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how the site is used, but only after you make a choice on the cookie banner; nothing is collected before that. If you Accept, Clarity uses cookies and similar tracking technologies and stores a pseudonymous ID in your browser to connect page views into sessions and returning visits: which pages you visit, clicks, scrolling and session replays with on-screen text masked. If you Reject optional cookies, only basic cookieless measurement runs: page visits and masked single-page replays counted with a fresh ID per page view, with no analytics cookies, no returning-user tracking and no full journeys. Your choice is remembered in an essential preference cookie (cc_consent, kept for 6 months) shared across casecrack.live and www.casecrack.live so both addresses respect it; it stores only your choice, not analytics data. You can change your choice anytime via Manage cookie preferences below. Clarity is configured not to share data with Microsoft Advertising. We do not send your case answers or account identifiers to Clarity as custom analytics data. For how Microsoft collects and uses this data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Vercel hosts the site and Supabase stores account and practice data; these providers process technical logs needed to operate the service. We do not sell your data. Google user data is used only for these features, consistent with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We retain account and practice data until you request deletion. There is no self-serve deletion yet. Email revathiiyer606@gmail.com to request deletion of your account and associated data, and we will remove it.
